Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using 6 Letters: Daily Word Game (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. The Game
6 Letters presents a new six-letter word puzzle every day. You have six attempts to identify the hidden word. A Practice Mode lets you play with additional randomly selected words at any time.
The daily word is the same for all players on the same calendar day, worldwide.
3. Licence
Udyak grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms.
This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or its content.
4. Founding Member Programme
The first 1,000 users who join through the Founding Member programme receive Premium features — no advertisements, hints, and additional game modes — free of charge.
Udyak reserves the right to modify the features included in the Founding Member programme or to discontinue the programme with reasonable prior notice. Existing Founding Members will be notified of any material changes.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game.
- Circumvent any technical measures designed to protect the App or its content.
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt any service, server, or network connected to the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to the name "6 Letters: Daily Word Game", the Udyak name and logo, word lists, game logic, interface design, graphics, sounds, and code — is the exclusive property of Udyak and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use Udyak's intellectual property without prior written permission.
7. Advertisements
Free users agree to view advertisements served by third-party providers (currently Google AdMob) while using the App. You can remove advertisements by joining the Founding Member programme or by subscribing to Premium.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Udyak does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee that the daily word puzzle will be available at any specific time, or that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Udyak and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.
Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Udyak is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
