6 Letters: Daily Word Game is a word puzzle app developed by Udyak. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our app. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Data you provide
- Username — an optional display name you choose in the app. Stored locally on your device only.
- Avatar — an emoji avatar you select in the app. Stored locally on your device only.
Data collected automatically
- Game statistics — words guessed, win rate, current streak, best streak. Stored locally on your device only; never sent to our servers.
- Device information — device model and operating system version, used for crash reporting and compatibility.
- Anonymous usage analytics — event data such as "game started" or "game won", with no personal identifiers attached, used to improve the game experience.
3. Advertising
Free users see advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data — including advertising identifiers — to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device's privacy or ad settings.
Founding Members and Premium subscribers see no advertisements.

4. Leaderboard
The in-app leaderboard stores entries — your chosen username, avatar emoji, and score — entirely on your device. This data is not transmitted to or stored on Udyak's servers.
5. How We Use Your Information
- To run and improve the game.
- To display your personal statistics and leaderboard entries within the app.
- To serve advertisements to free users via Google AdMob.
- To understand, at an aggregate and anonymous level, how the game is played so we can make it better.
7. Data Storage & Security
Your game data is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard secure storage. We do not maintain servers that store your personal information.
If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is removed from your device.
8. Children's Privacy
6 Letters is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
9. Your Rights
Because your data is stored on your device, you have full control over it. You may:
- Reset all statistics at any time via Settings → Reset All Statistics.
- Remove all app data by uninstalling the app.
- Opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings.
